The chef cooks up a variety of Indonesian and International cuisine served buffet style, always with plenty of quantity and choice. Chef specialities include chicken satay and seared tuna steak.You can dine in the air-conditioned saloon or on the upper deck to enjoy the view.The owners believe in the 'Dive, Eat, Sleep' philosophy and all 3 are well served on this safari. Guests frequently enjoy a barbecue on the beach, often on the last night of the cruise.
